Pampus

A sailing trip combined with a visit to the fortress island Pampus, part of the ‘Stelling van Amsterdam’ (Defence Line of Amsterdam). On this unique island you will take a guided tour of approximately 1 hour through the vaults of the fort.

Programme

10 a.m.	You will embark the ship that is moored in the harbour of Muiden. After a welcome by the skipper, you will enjoy a coffee with Dutch spice cake. Together you will decide upon the sailing route.
10:30 a.m.	The ship leaves the harbour and the sails are hoisted. Everyone can help actively, even with the steering and tacking of the ship.
12:30 p.m.	Our chef serves a delicious maritime lunch while the ship rides the anchor on a nice and quiet spot.
1:30 p.m.	The sails are hoisted again and you will continue your sailing trip on the Markermeer.
3 p.m.	The ship moors at the docks of the fortress island Pampus for a guided tour.
4 p.m.	You will return on board and our chef will serve a snack plateau with drinks.
5 p.m.	Arrival in the harbour of Muiden.

With more than 50 persons, prices remain the same as with 50 persons. With other numbers and when the number is less than 25 persons, prices are on request. The Pampus day arrangement includes the ship’s rental, coffee with Dutch spice cake, maritime lunch incl. coffee, tea, and milk, Dutch snack plateau, 5 drinks p.p., service, and a guided tour on Pampus.
Duration: 7 hours, from 10.00 – 17.00 o’clock. On Mondays Pampus is closed.
